This was related to me by my classmate which happened when we were having human resource management. (I wasn't paying attention.) A classmate mentioned that exit interviews were useless. According to her, it was useless because the employees always gave negative feedback. From an objective point of view, WHY is there an exit interview held in the first place? Because, a staff is leaving the company. And why would a staff leave a company? Reasons can range from pay to incentives to relationships among colleagues and among others, but, to put it in a general word: dissatisfaction. So, of course, a person would voice his or her opinions during the exit interview. What more is there to lose? And, dissatisfaction brings out negativity. Companies should never brush away all these negative feedback as something not worth looking deeper into. They should in fact, use it and do a post mortem. Post mortem. What's up everybody? How have you been doing??? *loud sing song voice* I am career searching. I am soul-searching. (Dont know where it went) I am hunting for food.... (Don't ask) And..... I am addicted to this new online series. The Lizze Bennet Diaries . It is an online and modern adaptation of the famous novel "Pride and Prejudice" written by Ms. Jane Austen. It's kinda funny and it's amazing how they make it seem so REAL. Good actors to begin with, they make it seems as IF they are the Bennet family during these modern times. If you have read the novel, then you can definitely identify with what is going on in the videos. Of course, with their own take and changes. I started with one episode and ended up watching 25 of it at one go. Talk about crazy-ness, this is the utter bomb. Oh ya and guys, to encourage you men to watch, the girls are really pretty! I will be leaving the present company I work for soon. If I were to be asked, "Why?" I will just say, "It's personal." Only a trusted few know the real reason why I decided to leave. It wasn't a brash decision, thought of on the spot or something. It isn't really... but sometimes, like what KT said, you have to know when to walk away. Be it from challenges, from people, from what you want. You just have to. Funnily enough, after that decision was made, I was more at peace with myself. Whatever happened hurts, but I find myself being more calm. And I can smile again, especially with some people who can really cheer up the day. They relented after she argued that they wouldn't need it at all and they got it for free (Duh, to advertise the movie.) They wanted to charge her RM 50. Hahaha. Eesh. Hello all, Christmas is just around the corner. Just peep over to the other side and *boo*, Christmas is there waiting for you. Here's my Christmas prayer for each and everyone of you. Hey... the glittery thingie is actually moving... Hahaha. May God (not Santa) grant them for all of you, like how He has granted mine. Eternal protection. I will try to be missing for a while... I have a lot of things pending. I want to spend time with people I care for and miss. IF I do not come in here till next year, Happy New Year as well. God, give me strength to face what I will in 2013. Sigh. Grant me peace of mind once my decision has been made, please.

A rough week, sort of. Been having really sleepless nights AND interrupted sleep. Monday night, I slept at 2am-ish, rushing my OB assignment. Yea yea, I procrastinated a bit. I got started the week before, then I got stuck at 2 pages and just couldn't think of anything to write to make a minimum of 5 pages. In the end, I did a 6-paged one. LOL. During the night, I unconsciously rubbed my right eye, thereby contaminating it with God knows what. Guess what happened when I woke up on Tuesday morning? THIS!!! Argh! An eye infection of sorts. Swollen eyeball. *wails* The feeling was so crappy. Dahla I have not been looking my best, I had this. Sigh. Took MC lo... Doctor said no TV or computers. I'm like "What?" And here I thought of catching up with housework doing the family's laundry while watching TV and he says no TV. :( Didn't go to work but I still went to class in the evening. I sort of slept it off with medication and woke up with reduced swell...
