Of Vampires and Werewolves

I've never really been an ardent fan of the Twilight series(boo...says you). And I have no idea why some girls go gaga over Edward the vampire. He looks so paste-y with the bloodshot eyes (yea yea he's supposed to look that way). And bleah! I think he looked way hotter in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire as Cedric Diggory . That, I can go gaga. But in Twilight??? The romance between Edward and Bella is fine. Romantic, mushy and cliched. Heh. But there's nothing much for me to shout about. (Sorry to the ardent fans, esp to my three sisters. Ha.) This year, the next sequel in this series is about to be released tentatively in November. Known as New Moon , the title is definitely appropriate since the werewolves play a bigger role this time. I didn't read any of the books in the Twilight series though my sisters finished the whole lot of it. So there's no doubt I have no idea of what's going on in the next book. But judging from this trailer of the next sequ

A Story

Once upon a time, there was a little girl. She believed that the world was good. She believed that everything was fair and just. She believed that love lasts forever. She believed that everyone could live in peace and harmony. She believed that everyone was a kind soul. In a nutshell, she believed that the world was beautiful. But as she grew older, she realized somethings. She realized that the world was not good. She realized that life would never be fair or just. She realized that love did not last forever. In fact, it does not hold on much at all. She realized that people could never live together in peace or harmony. She realized that there were evil and despiteful people out there. In a nutshell, she realized that the world was just an ugly heartless sphere. However, as she matured, she found out why. She knew why the world was not good. Because the people living in it did not take care of it. She knew why life was never fair. Because people had no sense of inte

Girls and Their Reflections

I bet about 95% of the world's female population does this. RM 5 says it's true!! Almost every girl that walks past any store's glass windows will definitely check themselves out. Some will do it discreetly (*ahem* like yours truly), with the sideways glance at their own reflections. If there seems to be anything wrong with our hair, clothing, we will discreetly adjust it once we move away from the glass windows. Hee hee. There are also those who do it pretty obviously. They walk past, stop, untie their pony tail, finger-comb back their hair, tie it up again and give their ponytail a little pat down (Some may even pull their fringe down). Then they smile at their reflection with a tilt of their head and off they go. Smiling happily as they know they look perfect! Haha. So guys (and girls), do not think that the girls are checking you out even if they seem to be smiling at you (You can stop holding your breath now and let that tummy show). They are also NOT checking out your

Death

She took the knife And led it across her wrist, To take her life, And end it with a twist. Once this deed is done, She'll forever be free, For her worries there be none, She'd no longer have to flee. Blood draining out from her, She feels the warmth seep out too, Getting colder and colder, Her lips becoming blue. Her heartbeat becomes weaker, Her eyelids flutter close, Her breathing becomes slower, As she begins to doze. Her body slumped against the wall, Her breathing finally stops, No more thoughts or feelings at all, Exactly like a dead white corpse. Perhaps you wonder why, She chose to take this road, Perhaps it's time you try, To share another's load.

Walked to Parade for work today. Got caught in the early morning drizzle. Silly flimsy umbrella flipped backward due to strong winds. Kept closing and re-opening it. Guessed I must have looked pretty stupid with the umbrella. Reached Parade a bit damp. And a mess. Cold, shivering, cold. Waited in the bank for 30 minutes. Started to make airplanes with my ticket number. Cold. Got stepped on by an over-enthusiastic lady. Hungry. Cold. Thinks that some people should really learn to grow up and be more matured. Stop dissing and putting people down. Don't start that whole episode again. Am going to blackmail somebody if he doesn't watch it....heh. Stop it with the gross descriptions!!! Still cold. Oh ya, though you may not see this, " Happy Birthday !" To my dearest dearest Godpa. Hugs. :D
