Port Dickson Trip!

I am back!! From my very very short holiday trip that is.
A weekend away from the hustle and bustle of KL city. Perfect.

Reason for this trip?
Discount-rated rooms during the month of Ramadhan.
From RM 700 per night to RM 500+.
Yes, you read it right, ladies and gentlemen.
RM 700 per night per room of 4 pax. Talk about high end!
We stayed at Grand Lexis.
That would give you a few hints as to its pricing rate.... huh.

But one main reason is that each guest room comes with its very own swimming pool. I kid you not. I didn't believe it either but it is very very true. The bible truth.

The sight that greeted my eyes as I arrived at my point of destination. *jaws drop*

Where we didn't stay... stayed somewhere else.

The walkway leading to the rooms located above the sea.

How the pool looks like in the morning.
And how the pool looks like at night.... Beautiful!!
It's so blue.....

The other end of the pool leads to a window of the room!
Enjoying the private swimming pool. (Different room)

The bathroom which I didn't really fancy...As you can see, it has two glass walls, which no doubt is not visible, but you can still see the silhouette of the person in it. Solution: Switch off the lights when you're bathing.

I was really in awe.... I have never had a private swimming pool in a hotel room before!!!
Unfortunately, I couldn't go swimming as my 'aunty' decided to visit me. Great timing... *sad*
I brought my gym clothes along (they have a gym facility!!! :D) but guess what? I forgot my sports shoes... forgetful woman... Sigh. In the end, I just swished swimming pool water with my legs.... :/

It was really fun and relaxing.
We had good food too.

This is the Lucky King Bun (Lucky Seafod restaurant at Taman Aman, Lukut). Chicken curry wrapped with a bun! Amazing...

Part of my buffet breakfast. :P Strawberry yoghurt with fruits. Delish!

At PD WaterFront. Food was quite good but they really lacked manpower. A lot of tables remained with piles of dirty dishes from the previous diners long after we had our dinner.
No other food pictures as I was too busy stuffing myself.... hahaha. :P
Being on this trip made me miss previous trips I had had with my friends.
The late night walks at the beach, the pool, the casino, the makan shops, the late night chit-chat sessions!!
I should start planning one soon. But I usually 'inhale' at this kind of work.
Any takers to do the job? You plan and just invite me along. Lol!
