Just Updates
S***! It is really damn hot right now. Stifling hot, not even a breeze or a wind. This kind of weather makes me want to sleep instead when I have so much work to do. It’s so hot, my mood is not there to do my work. I end up sitting at the computer typing away. It’s been a while since my last entry. Been busy as a bee, with midterm tests all going on and assignments to hand in by the dateline. Finally, these have all come and gone, and now, my main worry is my final exams. Before that, let me update you on what has been happening in this month.
Firstly, my DSL router got struck by lightning. One of my sisters didn’t pull out the cord after use and it was raining heavily that day. Now, I am ‘internet-less’ and I seriously feel the pinch and loss. I haven’t really realized how much I depended on the internet. I used to think that I will be okay without internet, but now I am beginning to think otherwise. So for now, my only main access to the internet is through my campus computer labs. This is not all.
Secondly, just yesterday, my computer crashed. The thing just hung and did not show response for a lo…o…ong time. SO my dad tried to fix it, in the end he couldn’t so he took it to his office to be scanned. Turns out that our computer’s hard disk drive contained 40 something Trojan horses, worms and viruses!!! Oh my goodness! I have a feeling it either got affected when we went online or through our pendrives which we use in campus as well. Because, just yesterday as well, I only knew that my pendrive contained 27 Trojan Horses and the works!! My friend who did the scanning for me was shocked! So was I.
Thirdly, remember about that idiot guy I mentioned in my past past? I shall now name him weirdo. Sorryla, but seriously his behaviour freaks me out and has caused confusion among my friends. He has now become very friendly with us. Every time he sees us, he will ask questions about the midterm tests, classes and all. The thing is, he is from a different course. We just have two subject’s classes together. Its not as if we know him that much also. The way he’s talking to us it’s as if we’ve been long time friends for ever. Really weird la this guy. Haha. My mom thinks that maybe he’s trying to tackle one of us girls. My friend thinks that maybe he’s sorry for his past actions and is now being sorry for it but in a different way. Well, whatever it is. It’s weird to us.

Trojans invaded my computer few weeks ago, too. i had to format my hard disk...n i was lucky enough to be able to make a copy of all my assignment and reports (all my hard work!!!) before my computer starts restarting by itself.....in less than a minute everytime the windows had been loaded. it was damn annoying. i hope i did not contaminate my brothers' pendrive..:P (i borrowed his cuz my fren was having mine)
