Stairs and a Pole

My legs hurt.

Walked up the stairs from 2nd floor to 10th floor.

Three days.

In a row!

Talk about doing exercises while at work.

Well, there you have it. Hahaha!

My idea of keeping fit.

Takes me longer to get back to my office but it's worth it.

Otherwise, it's all sit and no "play".

Speaking of fit, tried something new I have.

It's just me and a metal companion.

Pole fitness class!!

Now my arms are sore.

Front reach, twist, combo.

How exciting!
