Friends
I'm now in the last year of my uni life. Events which recently occurred, provoked me to reflect back throughout the whole of my life. From kindi to primary to secondary and to tertiary..(sounds like protein folding ngek ngek...)
All my life, I have met all sorts of people and become friends or acquaintances.
There are those whom I've met and lost, those whom I've forgoten and also those whom I still keep dearly in my heart. Not to forget are also those whom I will not miss should I never see them again.
As of now, close primary school friends are that few. Been there for me.. and try to come out to meet even if they're superbly busy. Primary friends whom I wasn't close to but became closer due to mutual friends and frequent outings. Like the recent CNY gathering and clubbing. Of all things...hahaha. Should I name you guys? Hahaha. Hugs.
Secondary life wasn't really that impactful... Form 1 to form 5... I just flitted in and out of classes. Friends from there were those from primary.. a time when friendships was strengthened and the beginning of new ones. However, again due to mutual friends and msn chat (haha), I have begin to keep in contact them. Girls and guys alike.
Form 6 was a wonderful time. I truly enjoyed it though I do not know why. Made friends with people who were my classmates in form 5 but not close to. Today, we can be considered to be quite a close group (mamak gang). A classmate from Australia whom I've sort of lost contact with.. recently (ok ok not recent) called me up on my birthday just to wish me. These kind of people.... are treasures.
Today, I can count with the fingers on both of my hands the people whom I really appreciate and love (not including uni friends yet). Yes, they are that few but the most wonderful people ever.
Uni friends... Hmm.. a complicated lot. A lot of those whom should I see in the future... will surely bring a smile to my face. There are those who will incite laughter, gossip and fun should we meet again. There are also those whom I have to thank sincerely for, I truly treasure our friendship. The things we did together... always always working toegther. I really hope we will meet each other one day and keep in constant contact. You were the ones who made uni life enjoyable and memorable. And in turn, I hope I did that too. :)
Sad to say, there are also those whom I do not hold high regards to. For sure, I will not miss them. Let's just say, that there are friends really worth keeping and those who are not. I finally understand that.
